Development on IG for a commercial bank commence
Legal Links Sdn Bhd commence development of IG for a commercial bank. The first sector will be for conveyance matters. This phase is expected to be completed by end July 2008. Afterwhich IG will be adapted into other divisions within the bank.

Legal Links Sdn Bhd product DCS manages a RM12.5Billion project
MMC - Gamuda Joint Venture for the RM12.5Billion Eletricfied Double Track system from Ipoh to Pandang Besar will use DCS from Legal Links Sdn Bhd to manage all their documents and drawings relevant to this project. The project is expected to have a duration of 5 years. Legal Links will provide the solution as well as the support for DCS during this 5 years and beyond if require.
Currently, the system receives up to 1000 pages of documents and drawings in a day.
Legal Links' DCS is also extensively employed by international contractors for the Oil and Gas industry and enjoys a userbase of more than 200 worldwide users.

Mayban Takaful Commence on IG pilot project with Panel of legal firms
Legal Links Sdn Bhd has provided their flagship product, InfoGuardian, to Mayban Takaful for the purpose of information sharing between the Insurer and their panel of legal firms. This Pilot exercise will last for 4 months involved a handfull of legal firms after which the rest of the legal firms may be brought into the program in phases.
The system will enable the insurer and their panel of legal firms to share information in a sercure and instantaneous respond on information flow in both directions.

 PRICEWORTH WOOD PRODUCTS BHD
(Sandakan, East Malaysia)
Legal Links Sdn Bhd was contracted by PWP to conduct a computer system audit and subsequently to integrate their back room operation system and also to develop workflow strategies for their operations. PWP has offices in numerous locations both in East Malaysia as well as West Malaysia.
SHINRYO (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd
Shinryo (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is a local company with their linkages back to their head office in Japan.
As large contractors, Shinryo will bid for the largest projects internationally and will pooltheir resources from their various offices located world wide.
Legal Links Sdn Bhd supplied to Shinryo, their first web base document management system which enables Shinryo to share their digital assets world wide between all their offices and their clients.
DocControl system links Japan, Malaysia and Finland on a major project by our local oil and gas company, Petronas.

PERWAJA STEEL SDN BHD
In 2002/03, Perwaja Steel Sdn Bhd under went a complete server consolidation and subsequently a computer system and network audit.
Legal Links Sdn Bhd, then under the name of Silver Challenge Sdn Bhd was the main contractor for both the exercise.
The planned moved of the entire system division from their Shah Alam premises to their Kemaman facilities was managed by personnel from Legal Links Sdn Bhd. The exercise was a complete success. The system division was up and operational with minimal down time.
During this planned moved, Perwaja Steel Sdn Bhd upgraded their AS400 computer system with more memory and storage to cater to the growing needs of the group. A new AS400 computer server was also added to the server farm during this period.
At the same time, due to the size increase in the server farm, the demand for additional power supply was also taken care of with the installation of a new power regulator and UPS unit from a local supplier SOCOMAC Sdn Bhd. All exercise was completed on time and hand over was completed successfully.

Ministry of Health (MOH) Projects
The following 2 sites are developed by Legal Links in their first
ever attempt to secure projects from the government of
Malaysia.
Department of Public Health - MOH
With 8 different division under the guise of The Department of
Public Health, there was plenty to do initially. However,
through careful planning and training, the staff of DPH now
maintains these sites themselves.
Within this site, there is a routine call “CODEX”. This
routine is used internationally for all participating health
ministries and departments to record research towards a common
coding conventions for drugs. This routine is developed by
Legal Links.
ProstarNet - MOH
Similar to the RAKAN Muda movement, the Ministry of Health of
Malaysia has initiated this program call Prostar, to provide
health education to youth of the general public.
Legal Links provided the solution to PROSTAR, DPH.
